Indian-born plastics tycoon, Aloke Lohia, is the younger brother of Sri Prakash Lohia, one of Indonesia's richest. The Bangkok resident runs the $13.6 billion (2025 revenue) Indorama Ventures, the world's largest producer of PET resins by capacity. To expand its global footprint, Indorama has been on an acquisition spree with a string of acquisitions since 2014.
