Anna Goldie is the cofounder and co-CEO of Ricursive Intelligence, a San Francisco-based startup building AI systems to design computing chips. In 2026, Ricursive raised $335 million in Series A funding led by venture capital firm Lightspeed, which valued the company at $4 billion. Before starting Ricursive, she and cofounder Azalia Mirhoseini, worked at Google Brain where they developed Alpha Chip, an AI tool that generates chip layouts in a matter of hours. Goldie was an early employee at Anthropic, where she helped build Claude, and was among the handful of engineers who received emails from Mark Zuckerberg with a multi-million dollar offer to join Meta.
