Brian Roberts is chairman and CEO of media and technology company Comcast. His father Ralph Roberts (d. 2015) was the founder of Comcast, where Brian Roberts did his first internship at age 15. Brian Roberts became president in 1990 at age 31; seven years later, his father transferred the bulk of his Comcast voting shares to him. He now controls nearly a third of the company's voting power thanks to his super voting shares. Comcast acquired the NHL's Philadelphia Flyers in 2016 and UK-based media and telecom conglomerate Sky in 2018.
