Nerio Alessandri is the founder and president of the Italian gym and fitness equipment manufacturer Technogym. Alessandri founded the company in Cesena, Italy in 1983 at age 22. Alessandri took the company public on the Milan Stock Exchange in 2016. When he started Technogym, Alessandri designed and built the first pieces of equipment in his garage. Technogym has been the official supplier at eight Olympic Games, from Sydney 2000 to Tokyo 2020.
