About Me

Ramzi Musallam joined private equity firm Veritas Capital in 1997 as a founding member of its first fund and became CEO in 2012. Since Musallam took over, Veritas' assets under management have grown from $2 billion to $54 billion. Veritas specializes in acquiring technology companies in heavily regulated industries like national security, healthcare and education. Veritas was named America's top-performing buyout firm by Preqin in 2023 and has netted billions selling businesses like Athenahealth and Guidehouse. Musallam, a Jordanian immigrant, earned his MBA at the University of Chicago while also working at Jay Pritzker's family office.
