Rodolfo Villela Marino sits on the board and serves executive vice president of Itausa, the parent of Itau Unibanco. His mother, Maria de Lourdes Egydio Villela, a former billionaire, transferred her shares of Itausa to Rodolfo and his brother Ricardo. He has a degree in business and a doctorate in management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in São Paulo.
