Ketchum previously served as global head of media & telecom investment and corporate banking at Banc of America Securities. From 1990 to 2000, he was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He earned a B.A. from New England College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
