Toto Wolff is team principal and CEO of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team. He controls 33%. Under his direction, Mercedes claimed eight consecutive Formula 1 Constructor's Championships from, 2014 to 2021, as well as seven consecutive Drivers' Championships during that span. Wolff started as a banker, later shifting to investing by founding incubator-style venture companies Marchfifteen in 1998 and Marchsixteen in 2004. In 2009, Wolff invested in the Williams F1 team and played a key role in their win at the Spanish Grand Prix in 2012.
