About Me

Vladimir Voronin is the founder of FSK Group, one of the largest housing developers in Russia. Since 2022 Voronin has bought Russian assets of foreign companies at a discount, including Belgian mineral company Sibelco, Swedish residential developer Bonava and U.S. glass maker Guardian Glass. In the 2000s, his father Alexander Voronin was a major shareholder of one of the largest construction groups in Moscow with revenue of about $1 billion. In 2005 Alexander lost the construction assets in a corporate war with billionaire Suleiman Kerimov, who later sold the assets to Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska.
