Since July 2015, Kurtz has contributed his expertise to the company's governance as a dedicated member of the Audit Committee of RATIONAL AG. In 2017, he assumed his current position as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, where he continues to lead the strategic oversight of the organisation.
