Yu De-Chao, also known as Michael Yu, is the chairman and CEO of Innovent Biologics, a China-headquartered biotech company. Innovent went public at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2018. Yu holds a PhD in molecular genetics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Yu had a postdoc position in pharmaceutical chemistry at the University of California San Francisco from 1993 to 1996.
