Zhou Hongyi is the cofounder, CEO and chairman of Beijing-based Internet security software provider and search company 360 Security Technology, also known as Qihoo 360. Zhou previously founded 3721.com, an online search company that was purchased by Yahoo. Qihoo delisted from the New York Stock Exchange in 2016 then relisted in China in 2018. Zhou also chairs Nasdaq-listed 360 DigiTech, a credit information service.
