Alexander Ramlie is a commissioner of Amman Mineral Internasional, which operates one of the largest copper and gold mines in Indonesia. Amman Mineral went public in 2023 in a $710 million IPO, the largest in the country in the year. Ramlie started his career as an investment banker at Lazard Frères & Co., now Lazard, a world-leading financial advisory and asset management firm. He is also the CEO of Dhilmar, a UK-based mining company which in 2025 acquired the Éléonore gold mine in Canada from U.S. gold giant Newmont for $795 million.
