Kwek Leng Keow inherited a stake in Hong Leong Group from his father, Kwek Hong Leong, whose brother, Kwek Hong Png, founded the group in 1941. Kwek Leng Keow is the brother of Kwek Leng Peck, who is the executive chairman of Singapore-listed Hong Leong Asia, which makes, trades and distributes cement and steel products. He's the managing director of Hong Realty, a unit of Hong Leong Investment Holdings.
