Nurit Manor is a controlling shareholder of Harel Insurance, an Israeli insurance and financial services company. She is one of three siblings - alongside Gideon and Yair Hamburger - who control Harel through G.Y.N Consulting, the family's privately held company. Harel, now one of Israel's biggest institutional financial firms, was founded in 1939 and has remained under family control. Harel manages assets valued at NIS 571 billion ($176 billion) and operates across health, motor, life insurance, pensions and asset management.
